A. Personal Information You Provide to Us Directly

- Account Administration. If you apply or register with Kindred to become a member of the community or our Slack or WhatsApp channels (“Member”), we may collect personal information in connection with the application and administration of your account such as name, email address, phone number, physical address, employment background, username/display name, date of birth, driver’s license, passport, profile and other pictures, photos of your home, your home’s availability, and other information about you or your home, including information associated with your LinkedIn or other social media profiles to the extent you link those accounts.
- Purchases or Transactions. We may collect personal information and details about your purchases or transactions, including payment information. Any payments made via our Services are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Services, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).
- Your Communications with Us. We may collect personal information, such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Site or Services, register for our newsletter, request concierge or technical support, use our Slack or WhatsApp channels, apply for a job, or otherwise communicate with us. We may collect personal information contained within your communications with us via email, chat functionality, social media, telephone, or otherwise, and in certain cases we may use third-party service providers to do so. Where permitted by applicable law, we may collect and maintain records of your calls and chats with our agents, representatives, or employees via message, chat, post, or similar functionality.

We and others who use our Site and Services may collect personal information that you submit or make available through our interactive features (e.g., messaging and chat features, commenting functionalities, forums, blogs, Slack, WhatsApp and social media pages). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. If you delete your User Contributions from the Site or Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site or Services users.
- Sweepstakes or Contests. We may collect personal information you provide for any sweepstakes or contests that we offer and in which you choose to participate. In some jurisdictions, we are required to publicly share information of sweepstakes and contest winners.
