Liability insurance is a general term used to describe the type of insurance coverage that helps protect you or your business if someone reports a claim or files a lawsuit against you for some kind of bodily injury. A Host, including any Host family member, is an Insured under the Liability Policy. The Liability Policy covers the Host’s liability for a Guest’s or another third party’s injuries arising out of the use of the Host Property during the Rental Period.
What Does the Kindred Liability Policy Cover?
The Liability Policy covers costs that a Host may be required to pay in the form of damages as a result of bodily injury that a Guest or other third party may have sustained while at the Host Property during the Rental Period. For example, this could be the result of a Guest or another third party having an accident or being exposed to some kind of harmful condition at the Host’s Property.
