How to Log in to the Kindred iOS App

• Download the latest version of the app (linked here)
• Enter the email you used to sign up for Kindred and click “log in”.
• This should trigger an email containing a sign in link.
• Open the email and click on “Sign in to Kindred” on the same device that you are trying to log in from.
• You’re in! The link should automatically open the app.

Common Issues

1. You see a error stating that we don’t recognize this email

This could be happening for one of two reasons:

• You are using an email that is different than what we have on file
• You are not a current Kindred Member
  • Your application is still under review
  • Have not yet applied

2. The “Sign in to Kindred” button is not opening the app
