Bay Area Hybrid Role

In any organization, People Operations is important. But for Kindred, because of the nature of our high-trust, deeply human product, it is existential. Our ability to hire the right talent, execute with precision, and operate in alignment with our values is of unique strategic significance at Kindred, and we’re looking for a phenomenal leader who can join the early team to champion our people operations and shape the future of the team.

This hire will report directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for establishing our People Team functions. Like the rest of our early team, this role will need to straddle operating with team building, and tactics with strategy.

We expect this role to initially span HR, People Operations, People Programs, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and People Relations, but we are specifically looking for someone who “spikes” in People Operations.
